Long before UNCORKED existed, Jamie had fallen in love with a slower European way of living—where wine tells the story of a place, meals are meant to linger, and the best conversations happen around the table.
In midlife, she finally took the leap and moved to Europe with a passion for wine and the dream of building a life centered around the things she loved most: lovingly tended vineyards, historic villages that seem to transport you back in time, and the deep sense of calm that envelops you from being fully present in the moment.

Is a day tour or a retreat better for first-time visitors?
Many guests start with a curated tour to get a feel for our style, then choose a multi-day retreat when they’re ready for deeper reset and reflection.
How does the wellness element actually show up?
All of our events incorporate intentional pacing: mindful tasting prompts, quiet pauses, grounding moments in nature, and space to notice rather than rush. Our retreats go deeper and offer opportunities for hiking excursions, mindful meditations, journaling, and an add-on option for one-to-one coaching sessions if you want the privacy to dive deeper.
What is the typical group size?
We keep groups intentionally small so the atmosphere stays personal, relaxed, and conversational rather than crowded or performative. There are never more than 12 people at any experience that we offer.
